Séminaire de Nadine Borduas-Dedekind

Séminaire
CERLA

Mme Borduas-Dedekind est invitée dans le cadre du programme gradué de l'université de Lille. Elle est co-directrice de la thèse de Luna Cartarayde.

Mme Borduas-Dedekind fera un séminaire intitulé  "Selenium in the atmosphere: Sources, sinks, seasonality and even synthesis and mechanisms!"

Abstract:
Selenium (Se) is an essential nutrient for humans and it enters our food chain through bioavailable Se in soil. Atmospheric deposition is a major source of Se to soils, driving the need to investigate the sources and sinks of atmospheric Se. In my research group, we’re interested in studying the atmospheric fate of Se to predict how climate change will impact Se deposition and thus Se soil availability in the future.
